1739? | John McCurdy? |
This building once housed an inscribed stone reading “This house was built by John McCurdy 1739”. According to the notes of canon Barnes (c.1906), the stone measured about two feet by one foot; it was not ornately carved, or built into the present structure but was lying in an outbuilding. See Boyd in The Glynns vol. 5 (1977). |
