The Uncharted Histories Digital Heritage Map is a free Digital resource, developed by Causeway Coast and Glens Heritage Trust (CCGHT). This interactive map brings together histories and stories from across the Causeway Coast, put forward by the local community.

This map was developed as part of the Uncharted Histories of the Causeway Coast project, which seeks to gather, map, record and make accessible lesser-known histories from across the Causeway Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Acknowledgements

Causeway Coast and Glens Heritage Trust would like to thank Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council Museum Services, North Mapping Services and Quarto Collective for their support in the delivery of the Uncharted Histories project. Special thanks also to Ballintoy Archaeological and Historical Society, Portrush Heritage Group and Causeway Community Association for their contributions and support.

This map and wider project would not have been possible without the kind contributions of each and every contributor who kindly submitted their histories for inclusion. These individuals and heritage groups offered their time and efforts to share their histories, research, memories and more, for the benefit of the wider community. We cannot thank you enough. Through this map we hope to help tell the uncharted, often forgotten stories which can be found across this outstanding landscape.

The Uncharted Histories of the Causeway Coast Interactive Map was designed by North Mapping Services.
