Avril McCabe – The design for this box is inspired by the magic of reading. When you open a book, you open a new world. Books have been here for centuries and centuries, without them, today’s human knowledge of our past, ancestors, culture and civilisation would have been impossible. This box captures the library as a place of wonder, enjoyment and escape for all ages; spanning decades of reading, learning and adventures through books.
