One of the eight sites on the Echoes of the Causeway heritage trail app, this story is set at Lissanduff (Bushfoot), Portballintrae.

This enigmatic earthwork, known locally as the cups and saucers, keeps secrets within its thick earthen walls. One cup dry and one cup wet, a sacred pool invites further reflction on murmured mysteries.

Pilgrimage to Dark Fort

Written by Claire Savage
