In association with the BBC Turn Back Time Series, Coleraine Museum hosted an event in Coleraine Town Hall on the 4th December 2010 to create a digital timeline of the town using photographs and memorabilia.The timeline was started using images from the Coleraine Museum Collection and images loaned to the museum by Barbara Hill (Dixon’s department store), Willis and John McCloskey (McCloskey’s hardware store), Tommy McDonald and Jennifer Cunningham (Chairperson of the Coleraine Historical Society).

During the event afternoon, with the kind help of those who attended the event, we were able to add to the timeline.
Coleraine Museum would like to thank Sean Curtis, Diana Kirkpatrick, Eileen Gregory, Jennifer Cunningham, William McGugan and John Gribbon for allowing their images to be added to the timeline.
