Prior to 1914-15, this property was in residential use and occupied by various tenants between 1864 and 1906. The property was then rebuilt in c1914-15 and went into commercial use as a butcher’s shop from 1915 to 1957, before converting into a First Trust Bank. After the bank vacated the premises in 2013, the ground floor was converted to two retail units (Nos. 17 and 17a) with residential uses at Nos.17b and 17c on the first and second floors.
