Typed letter on Sam Henry's headed paper to Mr Marshall. Writing re selling of Coney Island. Lord Charlemont wishes to sell the island and Miss Florence Tate wishes to purchase it for the Americans 'as a tiny place that shall be for ever America in this land of ours'.
