Two sheets of typed paper, titled "Coleraine Civil Defence, Killowen Area - An exercise will take place on Tuesday 4th April, 1944, on the Strand Road Sector." This document is dated 17th March 1944 and handwritten on the blank side is "Casualty Officer Garvagh". The purpose is to exercise Civil Defence Services and to grant facilities to the United States Army Chemical Warfare section to treat casualties in the Gas Cleansing Station, Strand Road and to demonstrate Civil Defence methods of dealing with casualties to the United States Army Medical Section.
