Photograph on glass of slipe/slide car outside cottage. This primitive vehicle which consists of a strong willowy basket fixed on strong shafts without wheels, was used on rough hilly slopes in the glens of Antrim. It was adaptable to any ground where wheels would get bogged down etc. Courtesy of Ballycastle Museum.
