One of 3 pages of handwritten letter, on 5 sides, re incomplete letter printed in Chronicle by sender of this letter. Begins by stating that 'Cunningham' is an Ayrshire/Wigtownshire name, found as far back as 1153. Goes on to look, in extreme detail, at origin of name and derivations of it, with their locality. Handwriting very difficult to discern.
