Letter from R L Russell, 24.11.1939
View Document
Double sided handwritten letter to Sam Henry. Dated 24th November, 1939. Thanks Sam for suggesting that his pupils do linocut illustrations for his work. Russell may get the help of ex pupils. Discusses the suitability of the printing of the lino. Suggests making a metal block for the prints as their current blocks have only been used for "Ulster Country Woman". Asks Sam to only accept the drawings if they are to his satisfaction. Sam to let him know what illustrations he requires.
