Handwritten letter to Sam Henry from A McEachran of Kilblaan, Southend, Kintyre, dated 21st April, 1940. Writing to say they enjoyed the broadcast on Radio Eireann on Thursday night from Athlone re songs of Faughanvale. Sends Sam a 'little book'. Refers to being busy on the farm due to a lot of the young men at war in H. M. Forces. Asks Sam to give George Gurney, blacksmith from Aghadowey, their regards. Missing Sam's songs in the Constitution.

Place
