Handwritten letter to Miss Hezlet at Rockryan, Portrush, Co.Antrim. Writing re the proposal of Mr Angus to sell the property 'Silverdale' to Mr Skelsey. Miss Hezlet and Mrs Lecky lent Mr Angus £3000 on security of his residence and he wishes the money to remain. Kenion proposes to convey the equity to Mr Skelsey. Mrs Lecky is happy with her share of the money.
