Handwritten letter on folded page, all 4 sides used. To Mr Henry. Asks Sam if he received a copy of the Irish Times which has a part on his paper re Percy French which he read in the Rotary Club on 3rd January. Would like to get a memorial for Percy French at or near the Mountains of Mourne. Suggests a plaque on a garden seat. Mrs French had wrote to him at Christmas time. Enjoyed Sam's Percy French programme on the BBC and suggests joining him in a broadcast either in Belfast or Dublin. Mentioned Sam's name to ? O'Farrelly in Dublin, she hoped to see Mr Fitzpatrick about a matter after the holiday. Gives Happy New Year wishes.
