Handwritten letter (double sided) to 'My dear Sam Henry'. Hopes to visit Coleraine and meet with Sam. Asks Sam if he thinks the 'Constitution' would publish some of his poems. Writes of publishing his poems in book form and thinks it will sell well. Tells Sam that the 'couple of thousand American soldiers stationed at the aerodrome here' have told him it would sell well with them. Notes that many are of Irish decent and are well educated. Enjoyed reading Sam's article re John Kelly. Sam has sent him a photograph of Michael. Would like Sam to send the case of scrapbooks and to help him publish his book. Deliberating over its name 'Healthy Ale' or 'Flax Blossom'.
