Handwritten letter, double sided, to Miss Hezlet at Bovagh, Aghadowey. Writes re Hodgson's mortgage. Encloses a notice for a further mortgage by Mr Hodgson to the Liverpool Victoria Loan and Banking Company Limited which Miss Hezlet is to sign and return. Informs Miss Hezlet that Mr Hodgson has defaulted in payments and so the property is to be sold and has been valued at between £700-£800. Comments that his wife has been very ill lately.
