Handwritten letter (double sided) to 'Dear Admiral' [Arthur Hezlet]. Thanks him for the letter and copy of a book re 'B' Specials. They have read 'the part in which I was involved'. Writes of the centralisation policy of the British and the loyalty of the 'B' Specials in helping the Army - believes they should carry on 'their good work in the U.D.R which must grow in importance in the future'. Writes that they are enjoying their retirement.
