The Women at their Doors. Copy of pen and wash drawing by John Cambell to illustrate his brother, Joseph Campbell's poem of the same name - some lines from the poem are repeated at the bottom. The poem appeared in the magazine 'Uladh', a short lived literary and critical journal (1904-5), edited by Bulmer Hobson, as organ of the Ulster Literary Theatre and first appearing in 1904.The cover of the magazine portrayed an armed warrior with a torch bearing companion and is encompassed with Celtic interlacing.
