Article cut out from a newspaper. Titled, "Lecture In Dungannon. Birds and Bird Land". Review of lecture by Sam Henry titled, "Feathered Friends. In Picture, Song and Story", held at First Dungannon Presbyterian Church with a 'large audience'. Mr W. J. Neill presided. "The Swallows" was sung by Mrs. W. K. Clugston; "A Brown Bird Singing" sung by Mrs Griffith, Ulster Bank; and "I hear a Thrush at eve" by Mrs Simpson. Other songs included, "Beautiful Bird Sing On", "Where the Mockingbirds are Singing in the Wildwood" and "Lo! Hear the Gentle Lark". Close to one hundred slides were used, operated by Mr W. J. Roberts, F.R.A.S., Dungannon. Article gives description of what was talked about in the lecture and includes quotes from Sam Henry and Moira O'Neill.
