Typed letter to F/Lieut [Flight Lieutenant] Caulfield. This copy was sent to Sam for information purposes. Asking for a claim form for Sam for a lecture to W.A.A.F. and R.A.F. Downhill, Castlerock given on 21st December 1942. Lists Sam's fees for the lecture totalling £1.8.10. Sam had been invited to lecture by the Rev. Robert Hoffman of Castlerock. Handwritten note by Sam on upper half of letter stating he received a cheque from Ft Lt A R G Cunningham, Senior ? Officer for Wing Commander, Commanding H.Q., No 79 Wing Home Forces.
