Typed letter to S. Henry, Mountsandel, Coleraine, Co. Derry. Writing under Mr Lowry's instruction the submission of Sam's name to the Governor of Northern Ireland for appointment to a Rent Tribunal. There has been a delay in announcing the names appointed by the Governor and hopes this will be done soon.
