Typed letter to 'My Dear Sam'. Sam had praised his broadcast which 'proved very popular'. Would like to get more material re Sam Houston, Empress Eugenie's association with the Braid, General Joe Boyle, Sir Samuel McCaughey and Sir James Russell. He also asks for information re Clough, Kells and Glenwhirry. Thinks Sam's lectures must be a 'real treat' for the Americans. Hopes to meet Sam some day.
