"To inquire into the origin of the tune as stated in Manuscript found in the Sutro Branch of the California State Library, bearing the name of William Brown of the 6th or Inniskilling Dragoons. The tune of the Star-Spangled Banner in the said book being entitled "Royal Inniskilling".
